To provide Portable Office Space (POS) and associated furnishings, including setup, teardown, and generator support, at Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands.

• Provide qualified personnel, supervision, transportation, maintenance, operating costs, equipment, tools, materials, and fuel for POS and associated equipment.

• Supply "Double-Wide" POS units with specific features including overhead lighting, power receptacles, air conditioning, electrical systems, weather-protected cable access, exterior lighting, and interior battery-powered emergency exit signs.

• Furnish each POS unit with a locking interior access door, ABC fire extinguisher, and adequate electrical power receptacles and communication terminals.

• Provide adequate power generation support for up to 18 military personnel (computers, phones, printers, copiers) in addition to existing infrastructure.

• Include an automatic transfer switch (ATS) for back-up electrical power and ensure generator grounding.

• Structures must have level flooring, a proper drainage system, and be elevated to prevent flooding.

• Deliveries can be made on multiple dates and times, confirmed at award. POS must be fully operational by the start of the rental period.

• Rental period will be stated in individual calls.

• Provide 24/7 generator support with a two-hour response time for emergencies.

• If required, provide security fencing (8-10 ft tall) and double swing gates.

• Contractor is responsible for all setup and teardown.

• Equipment must be clearly marked, clean, of quality material, and durable.

• Contractor must remove all equipment within 48 hours in case of emergency evacuation (typhoon, disaster, national security).

• POS must meet Seismic Design Category D criteria and withstand 150 MPH wind speeds.

• Contractor must follow all safety and traffic procedures on the airfield.

• Contractor must provide a 24/7 repair/replacement capability for any items that fail during the rental period.

• POS units will be verified for compliance with SOW requirements prior to acceptance.
