Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a Technical Quote and a Price Quote. The Technical Quote must include specifications (color, layout), a picture of the actual portable restroom trailer (not stock photos), and a janitorial service plan. The Price Quote must be completed using Attachment 1 - Price Sheet, detailing unit prices for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) across the base and option years. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote is most advantageous, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation of Technical and Price factors. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, so offerors should submit their best terms initially.
