Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary for the repair of portable swagers. Services must conform to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract has a minimum of three (3) repairs and a maximum of one hundred (100) repairs over its duration, with an estimated annual usage of eleven (11) repairs. All repairs must restore equipment to full operational capability. Specific equipment includes Snap-On/ATI Model AT1520J Portable Cable Swagers.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
- Period of Performance: One base year (June 22, 2026 - June 21, 2027) with four one-year options, extending through June 21, 2031.
- Set-Aside: Unrestricted (HUBZone small businesses may receive a price evaluation preference).

- Place of Performance: Primarily on-site at OC-ALC, Tinker AFB, OK. Off-site repair is permitted with approval.
Submission & Evaluation
- Offer Due Date: May 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT.
- Evaluation Factor: Price will be the sole evaluated factor. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements.
- Requirements: Vendors must submit complete quotations, including all required terms, conditions, representations, and certifications. Incomplete quotes will be ineligible. Price reasonableness, realism, and absence of unbalanced pricing will be evaluated.
- Special Qualifications: Bidders must provide a statement of familiarity with swagers, access to technical drawings, and proof of experience in repairing pneumatic cable swagers.
