Portable Toilets and Hand Wash Station for the Gila NF

This solicitation is for the provision, service, and maintenance of portable toilets and handwash stations for the Gila National Forest during the fire season. The objective is to support the health and well-being of forest personnel and visitors by providing adequate sanitation facilities.

• Provision and maintenance of 19 portable toilets and 8 handwash units.

• Units must be industrial-quality, clean, sanitary, and serviceable, meeting local, state, and federal health regulations.

• Service includes waste and trash removal, cleaning, repairs, and stocking of paper products and sanitizer.

• Specific service frequencies are outlined for various locations (e.g., Silver City Fire Cache, Luna Work Center require service 3 times per week; others require service once every other week).

• Units must be secured to remain upright during high winds, and overturned units must be serviced within 48 hours of notification.

• Portable toilets must include a wall-mounted urinal, bench-style toilet with seat and closing lid, a locking mechanism, a multi-roll toilet paper dispenser, and a hand sanitizer dispenser.

• Handwash units must include two basins with two spigots, a foot-operated pump, a tank capacity of at least 20 gallons potable water and 20 gallons grey water, and soap/paper towel dispensers.

• Contractor must hold valid licenses and/or certifications for delivery, maintenance, service, and repair.

• Anticipated contract type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Approximately May 29, 2026, to September 29, 2026 (specific dates vary by location).

• The government intends to make one award.

• Offer due date: May 25, 2026, 1600 CDST.

• Quotes will be evaluated based on Technical Approach, Price, and Past Performance.

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.

• Technical Approach: Evaluates the ability to provide a sound and compliant approach meeting all requirements.

• Price: Will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.

• Past Performance: Will be evaluated as Acceptable or Neutral.

• A site visit is highly recommended.

• Offerors must submit pricing for all items. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the offer receipt date.

• The acquisition is unrestricted.

• Size Standard: $9 million.
