- Preventative Maintenance: Scheduled inspections of mechanical systems, electrical systems, safety features, hydraulics, and software/firmware.
- Corrective Maintenance and Repairs: Requires 24/7/365 emergency response with specified onsite times: critical failures within 3 hours and non-critical failures within 2 business days. A parts inventory is also required. All work must comply with standard security barrier operations, safety, systems governance, and local building and electrical codes.
