Submission & Evaluation

Quotes should include the attached SF1449 and a separate PDF quote, providing information and pricing for all CLINs. Offerors must provide contractor information including SAM UEI, TIN, CAGE Code, Name, Payment Terms, POC, Email, Price, Warranty, Offer Expiration Date, FOB Destination, and Delivery Lead Time.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government, based on a comparative evaluation of the following factors:
- Delivery Lead Time: Must be 100 days or less ARO. Shorter lead times will be evaluated more favorably and are considered of higher value than price.
