Quick Summary
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZC) at Eglin AFB, Florida, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for an upcoming Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) contract. This opportunity seeks capable sources, specifically targeting various small and socio-economically disadvantaged businesses, to provide overhauled, rebuilt, fabricated, and acquired powertrain components, driveline components, and repair parts restored to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The primary mission is to support the 96th Range Support Squadron, Targets Flight (96 RANSS/RNRT). Responses are due by June 26, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (CENTRAL).
Scope of Work
The requirement involves overhauling, rebuilding, fabricating, and/or acquiring powertrain components, driveline components, repair parts, and service manuals. These services will support a diverse fleet of domestic and foreign military armored and non-armored assets, radar systems, trucks (10-95 feet), and watercraft (10-95 feet). Specific components include engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, auxiliary drives, drive motors, and steering/suspension components. All overhauled/rebuilt components must be 100% ready to install, meeting applicable technical manuals (DMWR, ODMB/ODTB, manufacturer manuals) and requiring performance test results for acceptance. Delivery timelines are 120 days ARO for overhauled/rebuilt parts, 140 days ARO for new repair parts, and 40 days ARO for expedited new repair parts.
