This Request for Quotations (RFQ) seeks proposals for Local Inter-Island Ticketing Services for the U.S. Embassy in Praia, Cabo Verde. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company offering the lowest acceptable price. The award will be based on initial quotations, though discussions may be held if necessary.

• Provide corporate travel services for official domestic travel of Government employees and their dependents within Cabo Verde.

• Services include travel reservations and ticket issuance (air and ferry), detailed itineraries, management information and billing reports, and information pamphlets for travelers.

• Offer the lowest available fare that complies with agency requirements and Mission Travel Policy.

• Provide travel services for personal deviations from authorized itineraries and for individuals sponsored by participating agencies.

• Develop and deliver information pamphlets for traveler use.

• Provide management information reports, including quarterly problems and solutions, sales activity, reconciliation of billings, transaction fees, unused tickets, and premium class travel.

• Maintain a 24-hour, toll-free telephone service for emergency itinerary changes and ticket issuance.

• Period of Performance: One year from the start date, with four one-year options to renew.
