The design incorporates DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards, comprehensive interior design services, accessibility for individuals with disabilities, cybersecurity measures, and sustainability/energy efficiencies to ensure a minimum 40-year life in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. The scope also includes the demolition of two existing buildings totaling 6,389 SF. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
