- Lot 3 – Associated Publications: Open only to Lot 1 contractors, allowing them to provide their own COTS print, video, microform, or multimedia publications with electronic catalog access.
- Lot 4 – Specialized Access/Product Integration: Open to Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 contractors, enabling tailoring of electronic publication packages for specific customers, seamless content integration into workflows, and provision of related professional assistance (e.g., searching, translations, training).
Contractors must offer products/services under Lot 1 to qualify for Lot 3, and under Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 to qualify for Lot 4.
