• The solicitation is intended only for sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan.

• Offerors must possess a current and active USN Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by the U.S. Navy or NAVSUP FLCY.
