Scope of Work
The contractor will perform the overhaul of B-1 Torque Tube Assemblies (NSN: 1680-01-143-5429RK, P/N: NF53602-01B). This includes:
- Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, rehabilitation, re-assembly, testing, and finishing.
- Reworking, rehabilitating, or replacing worn/damaged components.
- Ensuring the item is returned to its original life expectancy.
- Replacing specific consumable parts (e.g., Packing Retainer) at 100% during overhaul.
- Delivering 5 units every 240 days, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 180 units over the contract period.
- Providing Over and Above (negotiated) and Data (Not Separately Priced) items.

Submission & Evaluation
