Scope of Work (Based on Draft PWS)

The TSA Gold+ initiative requires a comprehensive, turnkey solution for security screening technology and a skilled workforce at participating airports. Offeror responsibilities include:

  • Program Management: Overseeing financial, workforce, technology maintenance, risk, cybersecurity, and customer service aspects.
  • Technology Solution Implementation: Delivering, installing, integrating, testing, and maintaining TSA-compliant security screening equipment and IT/OT systems. Solutions must conform to TSA's Screening Reference Architecture and technical standards.
  • Security Screening Services: Conducting passenger, baggage, and access control screening, providing remote image review personnel, and ensuring adequate staffing for various operational scenarios.
  • Transition: Managing transition-in and transition-out activities for IDIQ and subsequent orders.
  • Performance Standards: Meeting or exceeding TSA standards for security, threat detection, workforce performance, checkpoint management, and customer service, with financial incentives/disincentives.
