Justification
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). LM is identified as the only vendor qualified and capable of meeting the Navy’s OY3 and OY4 schedule requirements to provide continued, uninterrupted Design Agent Engineering for SEWIP Block 2 EW subsystems.
