Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and deliver high-quality, nutritionally balanced, and varied prepared meals to the Culbertson Armed Forces Reserve Center. Meals must meet commercial food service standards and FDA Food Code guidelines. Specific requirements include:
- Breakfast: Eggs, meat/meatless entrée, potato, 100% fruit juice, and 1% white milk.
- Lunch (July 24 only): 16 sack lunches or hot meals, including sandwiches, chips, dessert, condiments, fruit, and a drink.
- Dinner: Main entrée, starch, vegetable, salad (with specific components and dressing choices), fruit, and a beverage (no soda).
- Three types of fresh fruits must be available at every meal.
- Accommodation for dietary restrictions and allergies with 48-hour notice.
- Meals served buffet style; contractor responsible for portion control and allowing second plates.
