Requirements & Deliverables

The USCB requires 8,400,000 sheets of PSEMPV-BLANK Pressure Seal Paper.

  • Description: 8 ½" x 11" "V" fold Pressure Seal, sub 28lbs White Pressure Duplex, Seal Mocr, Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perfs, with NO Block out and adhesive pattern.
  • Delivery: Three segmented deliveries, each consisting of 1,400 cartons (2.8 million sheets), on the following dates:
    • May 1, 2026
    • July 1, 2026
    • September 1, 2026

  • Past Performance: Descriptions of two similar high-volume paper delivery projects completed in the past three years, including client type and success metrics.
