Contract Details

The period of performance consists of one 12-month Base Year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and three (3) 12-month Option Years, extending through May 31, 2030. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238220 (Plumbing and Heating Air Conditioning Contractors). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be e-mailed to abigail.green@noaa.gov and received by the due date. Questions must be submitted via email within 5 days of solicitation issuance.
