• Working Hours: Pressurization test visits must be arranged during weekends/holidays. Other service visits are during standard working hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00). Emergency call-outs are 24/7.

• Health & Safety: Contractor must provide site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Employees must use certified safety equipment (PPE). Compliance with UK Health and Safety regulations is mandatory.

• Documentation: A schedule (Gantt chart) and trip reports are required. Equipment/system specific maintenance checklists must be filled out during each visit.
