Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidance and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Performing an initial condition assessment within 30 days of contract award.
- Conducting quarterly inspections.
- Documenting all PM and inspections, including affixing PM stickers and submitting written reports.
- Responding to emergency repairs within 24 hours and completing them within 72 hours when possible.
- Using OEM-equivalent or OEM-certified replacement parts.

Place of Performance & Special Requirements
Maintenance is preferred at the Supply Department, Building 2121, Rowell Road, Quantico, VA. Off-site maintenance is permitted with contractor-provided transportation. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0800-1600, excluding Federal Holidays. Technicians must be fully trained, qualified, and experienced, with a minimum of two years in utility vehicle maintenance. Personnel require base access via DBIDS registration and must comply with all installation security procedures.
