To provide full-time, Intermediate-Level (I-Level) preventative maintenance and repair services for eight (8) slow-moving utility vehicles for Marine Corps Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) at Marine Corps Air Facility (MCAF) Quantico, VA, ensuring reliable vehicle availability for mission execution.

• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM), inspections, and repairs on specified Vantage Primo and Vantage Mini Truck utility vehicles.

• Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidance, service manuals, and this PWS.

• Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and quality control. No Government-Furnished Property (GFP) will be provided.

• Perform an initial condition assessment within 30 days of contract award.

• Conduct quarterly inspections.

• Document all PM and inspections, affixing PM stickers to vehicles and submitting written reports.

• PM Completion: Within OEM-recommended interval ± 10 calendar days.

• Quarterly Inspections: Within 15 calendar days of the start of each quarter.

• Emergency Repairs: Respond within 24 hours of notification, complete within 72 hours (when possible).

• Documentation: Submit reports within 3 business days of service completion.

• Maintenance is preferred at the Supply Department, Building 2121, Rowell Road, Quantico, VA 22314.
