Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide qualified personnel, supervision, services, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation for preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, and general repairs for the Nutritional Medicine Flight dining facility at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The goal is to ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in proper functioning condition, consistent with manufacturer's standards.

• Preventive Maintenance: Performed quarterly (March, June, September, December), scheduled to overlap with the first Wednesday of each month for cleaning. Includes inspection of wear, gaskets, seals, condenser coils, and coolant levels for equipment such as combi ovens, stoves, evaporator coil units, salad bars, ice makers, serving lines, and ware washing machines.

• Remedial (Non-Emergency) Maintenance: Respond to service calls within 24 hours. Service is available 24/7.

• Emergency Maintenance: Respond to emergency calls within 4 hours. An emergency is defined as equipment failure creating a physical hazard or impacting kitchen duties, or involving the ware washing or disposal systems. Maintenance outside normal operating hours is considered emergency maintenance.

• Replacement Parts: Provide new OEM parts meeting or exceeding manufacturer specifications, with a minimum 90-day warranty. Parts should be ENERGY STAR® certified or FEMP designated where practicable. Cleaning chemicals and lubricants must meet EPA Safer Choice or USDA Certified Biobased standards. Markup on parts is limited to 5% of the manufacturer's published price.

• Timely Service Response: No more than two deviations per month from specified response times (Emergency: 4 hrs.; Remedial: 24 hrs.; Preventive: Quarterly).
