This solicitation (FA857926Q0017) is for the procurement of new Digitizer and Impedance Card sets. These sets are intended for installation in the Advance Radar and Electronic Warfare Test Stations (ARTS) operated by the 402nd Software Engineering Group's (SWEG) 581st Software Engineering Squadron (SWES). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these parts is Ametek Programmable Power. The cards will be custom-built as a fixed set to ensure full functionality and calibration.

• Items must be provided in accordance with the attached Equipment List, dated 18 March 2026.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price commercial supply acquisition.

• Authority: FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (Only One Responsible Source).

• Offerors are advised to review Section L for instructions regarding the submission of limited financial responsibility information. Offerors must provide any two (2) or three (3) of the financial capability indicators listed in Section L.

• Payment will be made via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• No foreign participation is permitted.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5.

• DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference and in full text, including those related to safeguarding covered defense information, prohibition on certain telecommunications equipment, and item unique identification and valuation.
