• Evaluation Method: Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If not acceptable, the process continues to the next lowest priced offer.

• Incorporated Provisions & Clauses: Numerous FAR and HSAR provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference, including those related to:
  • Security Prohibitions and Exclusions (52.240-90, 52.240-91)
  • Trade Agreements and Buy American Certificates (52.225 series)
  • Small Business concerns (52.219 series)
  • Service Contract Labor Standards (52.222 series)
  • Quality Assurance, Packaging, Shipping, Inspection, Acceptance, and Delivery Terms (F.O.B. Destination).
  • Invoicing Instructions (SAM registration required, DD-250 preparation).
