• CSO AOI 1: Operations: Develop a Modernization Roadmap for optimizing the technology portfolio and delivering a prioritized plan for modernization and investment.
• CSO AOI 2: Strategy: Define a Target State Architecture, a clear technology blueprint for the Government's future state and long-term business strategy.
• CSO AOI 3: Governance: Establish a Performance Framework for disciplined, on-time, on-budget project execution and oversight for risk and alignment with the Target State Architecture.

Anticipated tangible deliverables include an Enterprise Technology Strategy Roadmap, Technology Risk Management Framework, Technology Transformation Change Management Plan, and an Annual Technology Report.

The period of performance is anticipated not to exceed nine (9) months.
