Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for minor construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair of real property and utilities. This includes Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified base repair, civil works operations, and small renovations across various facilities like barracks, administrative buildings, and infrastructure. The JOC is not for purchasing supplies, A-E services, or equipment only. Task Orders will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and issued via Task Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs). The JOC Unit Price Book Europe 2025 will be used for pricing and execution.
