Requirements & Notes
This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 339991 (Size Standard: 600 employees). Contractors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment (not more than 3 years old) unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and identified as such. Contractors require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access, and all deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station. Specific clauses regarding supply chain traceability, liability insurance, packaging, marking, and Unique Item Identification (UII) are included.
