Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The Command Religious Program (CRP) aims to provide worship services for the spiritual growth and development of military personnel and their families. This PWS outlines the requirements for a General Protestant Musician/Organist to support these services.

• Provide musical support as a Musician, including Choir Director and Organist for Protestant worship services.

• Support special/seasonal services, as well as funeral and memorial services.

• Provide instrumentation for all music associated with worship (preludes, postludes, congregational singing, offertories, anthems, choral music, service music).

• Coordinate instrumental music and songs with the Pastor.

• Develop, promote, and enhance the choral and supplemental music ministry program.

• Plan instrumental music for regular and special services at the Marine Memorial Chapel (MMC) or designated worship locations.

• Provide all instruments except for the organs and piano at the MMC.

• Retain first right of refusal for instrumentation and soloist accompaniment for Chapel Weddings (fees not covered by contract).
