The contractor will provide comprehensive psychological services to CSOSA offenders based on assessed levels of care or court orders. Services include:

- Clinical Reports of Findings
- Translation Services/Special Language Requirements
Services are to be performed at CSOSA's designated facilities in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and remotely via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. The contractor must provide proof of this platform within 10 days of award. All services must adhere to best practices outlined by the American Psychological Association (APA) and established ethical guidelines.
