- System Management: Maintaining product categorizations, administering property custodians, managing surplus/excess assets, and providing support/testing for the Asset Management System of Record and ServiceNow.
- Hardware & Data: Maintaining RFID hardware (Government-Furnished Equipment), archiving configuration data, and administering Field Technician identification tags.
- Quality & Financials: Performing contractor quality assurance, data quality control, and financial reconciliation activities that align with federal financial systems.
- Reporting: Maintaining standard and custom asset management reports, working with the ServiceNow team. The current inventory is approximately 100,000 assets, with 90% RFID-tagged. Key personnel requirements include a Project/Program Manager, IT Asset Management Specialist, Surplus/Property Disposal Specialist, Service SME/RFID, and Data Analyst.
