This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial services to furnish and install a new structured fiber optic network cable connection within Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park (PUHO). The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Evaluation will be based on Price, Technical ability, and Past Performance.

• Pricing must be held valid for at least 60 days.

• An active SAM.gov registration is required at the time of quote submission and to be considered for award.

• A site visit can be arranged upon request by emailing Christie Tapp by Noon HT on June 11, 2026.
