Scope of Work
This requirement includes two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001: Four (4) Trane Chiller Equipment, specifically CGAM Scroll Chillers (20-130T, 30 Ton capacity, utilizing low-GWP R-454B refrigerant, with Symbio® 800 controller and AdaptiView™ interface, 230 Volt 60 Hertz 3 Phase, compliant with ASHRAE 90.1-2019 and ASHRAE Standard 15, and cULus Approved). This CLIN includes delivery.
- CLIN 0002: Four (4) Start-Up Services by a Trane U.S. Inc. representative. The prime contractor is responsible for coordinating the start-up schedule with Trane and the Government after the chillers have been installed by the Government. The contract will remain active until all start-ups are completed, which may occur up to a year after delivery depending on weather conditions.
Required incidental items include a minimum one-year warranty, shipping included in the price, a first-year labor warranty, on-site start-up and training, and delivery within 120 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
Contract Details
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 12 and Part 13. The NAICS code is 333415 (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Use Air-Conditioning Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The period of performance for start-up services (CLIN 0002) is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due by March 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM MDT. Submissions must be emailed to the primary and secondary contacts: michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and include the updated Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics/Vendor Confirmation Form Rev 1. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, where technical acceptability is considered equally important as price.

Notes
