Scope of Work
The requirement is for fourteen (14) 8-ft x 40-ft, stackable, non-combustible, shipping container-style office TPFs. These units must feature doors on both 8-ft ends and not include roll-up doors. The contractor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery, installation, and turnover of these TPFs. This includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision for manufacturing, delivery, and testing. Adherence to Federal and State OSHA requirements, NNSY OSHE Program Manual, and Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) procedures is mandatory. The government may also require modifications to the enclosures.

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only; it is not a request for proposals. Interested parties must submit capability statements by June 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Submissions must include company name, UEI, CAGE Code, business size under the applicable NAICS, socioeconomic status, and a detailed capability statement. The capability statement should highlight experience with modular facilities of similar size/complexity, delivery/installation of double-wide units, multi-story/stackable structures, fire suppression integration, and similar projects for Federal/DoD/commercial customers. A detailed lift plan must be submitted 30 days prior to any lifts, and the contractor must provide their own crane and rigging support.
