This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The order is NOT set-aside for small business concerns.

• PXIE Support Service (Base Year + 4 Option Years)

• FOB Destination Shipping Required.

• Offerors must provide terms of any expressed warranty and price/discount terms.

• No advanced payments will be made.

• Refurbished/used equipment will not be accepted.

• Partial offers will not be considered for award.

• A firm-fixed priced purchase order will be awarded.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date.
