Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) in Tampa, FL, is soliciting proposals for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Services. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside opportunity for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Scope of Work

Contractors will provide comprehensive IONM services, including on-call/callback coverage, for patients at JAHVH. This involves furnishing all personnel, equipment, and supplies. Key requirements include:

  • Services must meet or exceed national standards set by the American Association for Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET).
  • Minimum of two key personnel: one IONM Technologist and one Neurophysiologist Physician.
  • 24/7 on-call/callback coverage for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Coverage for complex surgical procedures such as Spine, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, Otolaryngology, Cardiac, Thoracic, Orthopedics, and Interventional Neuroradiology.

Contract Details
