- Comprehensive Project Management
- Interior Design and Space Planning
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) acquisition, installation, and inventory
- Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and Transition Planning
- Activation Support Services, including delivery, relocation, installation, training, and post-occupancy support. Optional tasks include Warehousing & Warehousing Management Services and additional Activation Services. The primary place of performance is the Government's facility in Tacoma, WA, with some off-site work.
