This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for non-personal Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services for the Tri-Cities, Washington Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The requirement supports the Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) mission by assisting with the activation of a new, expanded outpatient clinic facility. The new facility will be approximately 98,635 NUSF with 700 parking spaces, expanding current services and decompressing the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VAMC.

Contractor services to support the activation of the Tri-Cities OPC.
