Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will provide comprehensive Quality Assurance Services, including:
- Assessment and monitoring of compliance with project plans, specifications, and ancillary documents.
- Quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, and technical documents.
- Construction inspection of various infrastructure, such as dams, levees, dikes, seepage cutoff walls, berms, flood control gates, pump stations, and associated electrical works.
- Collection and laboratory analysis of soil, concrete, and water samples.
- Review of records related to construction activities on Civil Works, IIS, and MILCON projects under TF VIPR jurisdiction.
- Projects encompass navigation, flood control, shore protection, recreation facilities, military and federal facilities, water treatment, and environmental restoration.
- Services include inspection, testing, documentation of findings, and reporting to the Government on work quality, construction procedures, and performance, including daily inspection reports that cover construction safety.
