  • Deliverables are digital reports in unlocked PDF format.

Special Requirements

  • Appraisers must be State Certified General Appraisers in good standing in the state where the property is located.
  • The Sales Comparison Approach is the only relevant valuation methodology.
  • The appraisal report must include specific elements such as a cover page, detailed property descriptions, aerial photographs, ownership history, and market data analysis.
  • Coordination of property inspections with BIA realty staff and/or landowners is required, preceded by a teleconference pre-work meeting.
