• Approximately 3 hours per week are allocated for counseling/therapy sessions.

• Approximately 3 hours per evaluation (5 hours if including EDT and IEP meeting attendance) should be allocated for evaluations and re-evaluations.

• On average, 2 evaluations or re-evaluations are expected per month.

• The school is open to remote psychological evaluations or re-evaluations conducted by a qualified licensed provider.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0003) modifies solicitation 140A2325Q0274, originally dated 09/04/2025.

Key changes include:

• Set-Aside: The solicitation set-aside has been changed from Small Business (SB) to Federal Opportunities (F&O).

• Location: Services are to be provided for the San Ildefonso Day School, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

• Incorporation: All clauses and regulations for F&O are incorporated.

• Bids Due Date: Extended from 29-OCT-25 to 16-APR-26.

• Solicitation Due Time: Changed from 10:00 AM to 16:00 PM.

• Solicitation Due Time Zone: Changed to Central Daylight Time (CD).

• Copies Required: Changed from 0 to 1.

• Period of Performance: Adjusted to 11/10/2025 to 11/09/2026.

• The set-aside status has been changed.

• The bid due date and time have been extended.

• Offerors must acknowledge this amendment.

• Bidders should re-read the solicitation and all amendments, particularly Section E, as requirements and hours per school year will not be changed or updated, but specific clauses and regulations for F&O are now incorporated.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0002) provides Questions & Answers (Q&A) and clarifications regarding the solicitation for Psychological Therapy Services for San Ildefonso Day School.

• Q&A (1-3): Addresses whether a contract incumbent is in place (none) and if resumes and certificates are required (yes, refer to Section E and all amendments).

• Clarification (1-3): Confirms the requirement is specifically for school psychological therapy services, not physical therapy services. It also reiterates that Section E of the solicitation and the hours per school year will not be changed or updated.

• Acknowledgement of this amendment is required for an offer to be considered responsive.

• All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

• The Period of Performance remains 11/10/2025 to 11/09/2026.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140A2325Q0274 makes the following changes:

• Response Date Extension: The deadline for offer submission has been extended from September 11, 2025, to October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time.
• Set-Aside Status Update: The solicitation is being updated to remove the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, as it did not result in responsive offers or interest from WOSB concerns. The set-aside is now for Small Business Concerns.
• Removal of Clauses: The clause "52.219-30, Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole-Source Award to, Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program" has been removed.
• Addition of Clauses: The following clauses have been added:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically psychological therapy services for San Ildefonso Day School in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The government is procuring these services to support students.

• NAICS Code: 621340 (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists).

• Small Business Size Standard: $12.5M.

• Prospective contractors must review Section E (Instructions to Offerors) and Section 52.212-1 in its entirety.
