This amendment (0003) modifies solicitation 140A2325Q0274, originally dated 09/04/2025.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0002) provides Questions & Answers (Q&A) and clarifications regarding the solicitation for Psychological Therapy Services for San Ildefonso Day School.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140A2325Q0274 makes the following changes:

• Response Date Extension: The deadline for offer submission has been extended from September 11, 2025, to October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time.
• Set-Aside Status Update: The solicitation is being updated to remove the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, as it did not result in responsive offers or interest from WOSB concerns. The set-aside is now for Small Business Concerns.
