Amendment

This amendment modifies Clause 52.216-19 (ORDER LIMITATIONS) to specify:

• Minimum Order: The Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish, supplies or services under the contract if the amount is less than $2,500.00.

• Maximum Order: The Contractor is not obligated to honor any order for a single item or a combination of items exceeding $350,000.00. This also applies to a series of orders from the same ordering office within 15 days that together exceed this limitation.

• Requirements Contracts: If this is a requirements contract, the Government is not required to order a part of any one requirement from the Contractor if that requirement exceeds the maximum order limitations.

• Exception to Maximum Order: The Contractor must honor orders exceeding the maximum order limitations unless the order is returned within 15 days with written notice stating the Contractor's intent not to ship and the reasons. The Government may then acquire the supplies or services from another source.
