Scope of Work

- Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance: Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual inspections/testing in compliance with NFPA 25 (2023) and NFPA 13 (2022) or current standards.
- Repairs: Provision of 200 normal working hours for repairs, with adjusted rates for after-hours or holiday work. Labor rates will be billed based on response time.
- Service Calls and Parts: Repair services and parts procurement, not to exceed $10,000.00 per annum, with parts invoiced at vendor cost plus shipping.
- Sprinkler Head Testing: Removal, testing, and replacement of 50 sprinkler heads aged 20 years or older annually.
- Training: Four (4) one-hour training sessions annually for maintenance and operation staff.
