Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide ergonomic task assessments and evaluations for San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) employees, including those qualifying for reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The goal is to identify and mitigate potential ergonomic-related injury risks.

• Conduct ergonomic task assessments and evaluations, including workplace observations, surveys, reports, job/task analysis, and employee interviews.
