- Adherence to strict pickup and delivery timeframes, including STAT deliveries and specific laboratory specimen pickups three times daily (11:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm EST).
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for transporting bio-hazardous materials and oxygen cylinders, ensuring proper temperature control for sensitive items.
- Maintaining patient information confidentiality.
- Personnel must be trained in "Universal Precautions" and compressed gas handling, present a neat appearance, wear identification, and vehicles must display company branding.
