• Updates: Weekly, with urgent updates within 24 hours.
• Support: Training, system maintenance, technical support (2-hour response for critical outages), Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, and monthly usage statistics.
• Integration: Compatibility with VA EHR systems and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Compliance: HIPAA and VA information security standards.
