Justification
Market research, including a Sources Sought notice posted on SAM.gov from January 3-10, 2025, yielded no responses. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), NORDAM Group, LLC, has stated they will not sell or release the manufacturing data for the radome due to its proprietary and industry-sensitive nature (AMSC P code). Consequently, the DLA concluded there is no reasonable expectation that two or more responsible offerers would submit priced offers, restricting the acquisition to NORDAM Group, LLC.
