The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Vertex Modernization & Sustainment (CAGE 07CE5), p/n 497HN0112-3. Approved sources include Marvin Engineering, IBC Materials & Technologies, Science Applications International, and Mountain View Machine & Welding. DLA Aviation does not possess complete technical data. Any other interested contractor must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package for approval.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, proposals received within 45 days of publication (by July 7, 2026) will be considered. The Government reserves the right not to compete this proposed contract. Market research indicates Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) will not be used, but interested parties may identify commercial item capability within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation may include Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction, and offerors are encouraged to review the Procurex system tutorials. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov to receive an award.
