Scope of Work
NNSY requires one (1) remanufactured Monarch Engine Lathe 2516 x 48 model 612. The machine must be restored to OEM specifications for metal removal rate, production accuracy, life cycle, and functionality, including detailed requirements for disassembly, inspection, parts replacement, and component restoration. Key specifications include a 25” swing over bed, 48” between centers, 14-1,750 RPM spindle speed, and a 20 HP motor. Required accessories include an 18” 4-jaw chuck, two steady rests, a live center, and a Dorian Quadra #50 Tool Post with specified holders. All items must be new; no refurbished or used items will be accepted.
