Quick Summary
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for the reconditioning of two Hubtex MSL Drive Units and provision of spare parts. This is a sole-source, firm-fixed-price supply contract with Hubtex North America, Inc., due to proprietary technical data and specialized tooling requirements. The acquisition is unrestricted. Proposals are due April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST.
Purpose & Scope
This opportunity aims to ensure the operational readiness of Hubtex Multidirectional Side Loader (MSL) drive units by requiring inspection, reconditioning, and the provision of necessary spare parts. Services must be performed by a Manufacturer's Authorized Service Provider at an OEM-authorized repair facility.

- Provision of contractor-furnished spare parts as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 3.3 and Bill of Materials.
- Compliance with specific NAVSUP, HUBTEX, and NAVSEA technical manuals, as well as General Technical Requirements (GTRs).
- Submission of reports, including an Ordinance Handling Certificate.
