Scope of Work

- Seeding and mulching all disturbed areas for turf establishment. All work must adhere to the "Standard Specification for Roads and Bridge on Federal Highway Projects FP-14" and the Forest Service Supplemental Specifications to FP-14. Prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act apply.
Period & Place of Performance
The work is located on Forest Road 212 and Forest Road 486 within Zone 2, Marienville Ranger District, Allegheny National Forest, encompassing McKean, Warren, Forest, and Elk Counties of Pennsylvania. The period of performance is 45 days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
Contract Details

- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5), with a size standard of $45 million.
- Award: The government intends to make one award to the lowest responsive, responsible Quoter.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a signed SF1442, acknowledge any amendments, provide a completed Schedule of Items (Bid Sheet) with pricing for all individual line items, and include a bid bond executed on an SF24. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 12.204 to determine if they are fair and reasonable. Offerors must agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
