Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive recycling collection and disposal services, including:
- Collection, transportation, segregation, storage, and disposal of various recyclable waste types (paper, plastic, wood, metal, tires, electronics, glass).
- Supply, maintenance, and service of approximately 150 permanent and time-limited collection bins, containers, compactors, and 12 potable pedestals.
- Handling an estimated 300 pick-ups/collections and 80 metric tons of recyclables per month.
- Compliance with all applicable US, German, and local laws, regulations, and standards, including maintaining an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Evaluation
Responses will be used for market analysis to determine industry capacity, financial and technical resources, project management capabilities, and to inform the most effective acquisition strategy. The Government will assess the ability to provide services consistent with the described scope and under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
Submission Requirements

- Detailed pricing/invoicing structure, preferred contract length, and recommendations for contract structure, PWS improvements, and NAICS appropriateness.
