  • Compliance with all applicable US, German, and local laws, regulations, and standards, including maintaining an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Evaluation

Responses will be used for market analysis to determine industry capacity, financial and technical resources, project management capabilities, and to inform the most effective acquisition strategy. The Government will assess the ability to provide services consistent with the described scope and under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
