Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal venue support services for the 4th Battalion, 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne) (1stSWTG(A)) RFF SFQC Graduation events. This includes all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, security, tools, materials, and services. Key requirements include:
- Provision of an indoor venue within a 20-mile radius of USAJFKSWCS HQ at Fort Bragg, NC.
- Facility rental, support personnel, production equipment, and parking.
- Staging setup, seating for up to 2,500 attendees, audio/visual capabilities, cleaned and stocked restrooms.
- Specific tasks include providing security guards, an Emergency Medical Team, audio equipment (microphones, PA system, speakers), projection screens, stage lighting, and tables.
